Our clients owned a picturesque cottage-style home, nestled in a meduim- density urban neighborhood, across from a beautiful city park. With the arrival of their third child, they knew that in order to stay in their beloved neighborhood, they needed to add more space.

But how could they add what they needed to their home while retaining the charm and scale that had drawn them to purchase it so many years ago? We set out to design a solution that would give them the space they so desperately needed while respecting the details of their charming home.
