Our clients, custodians of a darling 100-year-old Colonial home in Linden Hills, reached out to us to bring bright colors and unique art-deco shapes to their existing home that was filled with traditional accents, symmetry, and shutters. A challenging but unique design/build opportunity ensued, as we married these two themes, wedding them together, along with functionality, order, and obvious dynamism. The project has left this family of four with a home that constantly delights them as they go about the lives and brings an awestruck smile to each new visitor that crosses their doorstep.
